You’ve been asking for it - introducing the new and improved Order History and Order Details pages!

The Splendid Spoon tech team is back with another new feature as part of our entire site redesign, and we’re really excited about this one. Hot off the presses is our brand new Order Details page. We’re now giving you a full list of every meal you receive in a delivery - going back to your very first order with Splendid Spoon!

Have you ever wanted to reorder a meal you received a few deliveries ago, but can’t quite remember what it was? Have you wanted to rate the meal you just finished, but found the process of rating meals cumbersome? Now those problems are a thing of the past.

You’ll be able to view your most recent order in a few ways. After you’ve received an order, you’ll see the Rate My Meals button on your dashboard for the next few days, until your next box ships out. That will take you straight to your most recent order, where you’ll see a list of every item you ordered - including any Extras. You can also see a breakdown of any discounts or credits that were applied to your order and your final total.

You can also access your Order Details by opening up the newly improved Order History page! This page has been refreshed to make sure you get all the information you need at a glance. You can also go back in time to earlier orders by clicking on the Load More page. You’ll be able to view all of your past orders - back to your very first box.

Want to know what your top meal is? Now you can find out, right from your Order History Page! The new Splendid Stats section will tell you what meal you've received the most often, how many total meals you've received, and how many different varieties you've tried in the last year!
