Everyone’s favorite fall treat is back! The Pumpkin Spice Smoothie!! We can’t get enough of this smoothie while it’s available, so we’re taking some time to celebrate all of the incredible hacks our team and customers have come up with for this fall treat!

1. Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie Pie

Yes, you sure can make a Pumpkin Pie with your Pumpkin Spice Smoothie! Our Customer Experience Team Lead, Erin, shared this delicious recipe with our team, and we couldn’t keep it to ourselves!


1 frozen pie crust (this one is gluten free, from Trader Joes!)
19 oz Pumpkin Spice Smoothie (roughly 1 ¼ bottles)
3 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
⅓ cup coconut cream
4 tbsp arrowroot powder
Optional: vanilla extra, extra pumpkin pie spice, dash of salt, vegan whipped cream


  1. Prepare crust as desired if using fresh, otherwise, unpackage the frozen crust.
  2. Combine the sugar and arrowroot powder in a bowl. Add any extra spices to the bowl as well, if including.
  3. Mix in the wet ingredients and stir well to combine.
  4. Pour into the pie crust, and top with a dusting of cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes - until the center of the pie is set, turning halfway through. Cover the crust with foil or a crust shield if you notice it getting too dark.
  6. Cool for an hour, and pop in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or until the next day.
  7. Slice, top with vegan whipped cream, and enjoy!

2. Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

We are obsessed with this easy oatmeal hack! Any flavor Smoothie will work for this, but the Pumpkin Spice combined with cinnamon-y gingerbread could keep us smiling all holiday season.


½ Cup Quick Oats
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Toppings: (optional)
Gingerbread Cookie
Chocolate ganache topping


  1. Microwave ½ cup of quick cooking oats with ¾ cup of water for 2 minutes
  2. Stir in ¼ cup Splendid Spoon Pumpkin Spice Smoothie.
  3. Top with sliced banana, gingerbread cookie, and dark chocolate ganache, or your favorite toppings!

3. Pumpkin Spice Latte

This is going to be your new go-to fall fav! Everything you love about a Pumpkin Spice Latte, with none of the processed ingredients and sugar!


1 container of Splendid Spoon Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon organic vanilla extract


  1. Heat a small amount of the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie plus the cinnamon and vanilla extract on your stove top and stir.
  2. Make 8 oz coffee.
  3. Pour heated Pumpkin Spice Smoothie "creamer" on top!

Still hanging on to summer? We understand. This super simple hack will have you in your fall feels while still hanging on to that summer heat.

All you need is your Smoothie and some freezer popsicle molds! Pour your Pumpkin Spice smoothie into your popsicle molds, place molds into the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, then remove from molds and enjoy for dessert!
